• What we did???• Human bladder was engineered!
How???1. Perform bladder biopsy; for urothelial and
muscle cells.2. In vitro culturing and expansion of cells.3. Seeding of cells on a biodegradable bladder-
shaped scaffold.4. New organ was ready after 8 weeks.

diffusion.• Inflammation before re-angiogenesis.
