Lessons Learned• Timing is everything
– Schedule staff trainings to coincide with actual technology availability: delay is deadly
• Less is more– Remember there’s a learning curve for each new
platform/application & changing pedagogical practice isn’t easy
• Size matters– Budget for extra bandwidth
• Devil’s in the details– Build in more communication with parents – Develop new classroom routines– Expect extra effort initially (pay off’s down the road) – Prepare Plan B
