The history of the Chiappa Group began in 1958, when Ezechiele

(Oscar) Chiappa opened his company and called it Armi Sport. Initially

an artisanal workshop, the company has grown over the years

to become an industrial group, still wholly owned by the

Chiappa family.

The Chiappa Group includes the companies Armi Sport

(defense, sporting and replica firearms), KIMAR (small caliber

and blank guns), ACP (training systems), Costa (surface

treatment of metals) and Chiappa Firearms USA, Ltd. (USA

distribution center). The success story of the Chiappa Group

derives from a combination of factors, among which are a great

technical experience matured over 60 years; ability, the courage

and entrepreneurial spirit of the President Rino Chiappa, and

the total dedication to work of the whole Chiappa family.

These capabilities have lead the Chiappa Group to a series

of winning choices, focusing on technological advancement,

on understanding and meeting the needs of the market

while constantly introducing new models, but also offering

accuracy and continued support to customers.

All stages of production are carried out entirely within the

company. The manufacturing process begins with the design of

the 3D model - the starting point - followed by the realization

of prototypes and the transfer of data to CNC machines.

Through specifi c CAM software, the machining equipment is

able to produce any component in a very short time taking

instructions directly from the 3D drawings. THE

Order and organization are common to all factory

departments: the workshop with numerical control machines

(CNC) for the processing of components machined from

solid steel such as receivers and breeches, or for the realization

of all types of stocks and other small parts; manufacturing

of barrels; die casting and molding of plastic material; ovens

and equipment for heat treatment; surface treatment, such as

bluing, parkerizing, nickel plating, as well as equipment for

grinding and polishing of metal and wood components.

The entire manufacturing process is managed and

coordinated by a computer system that encompasses all

steps of production. This system allows for a thorough control

of the execution time, thus keeping production costs tightly

monitored. Finally, all fi rearms are visually inspected and test

fi red in the shooting range built inside the company before being

brought to the packaging area. Thanks to the experience of the

personnel, the tradition of artisan craftsmanship cohabits with

a modern organization within the same factory, fostering

maximum effi ciency.

The Chiappa Group manufactures a wide range of models.

The catalog includes replicas of American historic weapons and

muzzleloaders, lever action shotguns and rifles, handguns and

rifles in .17 and .22 rimfi re, sporting and self defense handguns

The lever action .22lr is an American classic. Chiappa continues this legacy by using modern technology and materials to produce the LA322. This beautiful rimfi re is as attractive as it is functional. Accurate, quick handling and rapid shooting, the LA322 embodies all the qualities that Americans want in a lever action rifl e. A 3/8” dovetail is machined into the top of the receiver so optics are easily added for small game hunting or plinking. HUNTING PLINKING SURVIVAL

The Chiappa M6 folding survival gun is perfect for outdoorsman, ranchers, pilots or anyone who needs a portable, rugged and reliable rifl e/shotgun combination. Based on the original M6, Chiappa’s improved version has updated features to meet the needs of today’s shooters and is available in 12ga/.22lr, 12ga/.22WMR, 20ga/.22lr or 20ga/.22WMR combinations. All new models have interchangeable choke tubes for maximum versatility. Barrels can be fi red quickly and selectively, each having its own trigger. The M1 carbine style rear sight and fi ber optic front sight make aiming either barrel quick and accurate, even in low light. Receiver mounted Picatinny rails on the top and sides allow for mounting optics, lights, lasers or other accessories. The durable yet lightweight skeletonized metal buttstock surrounds a polypropylene closed cell foam insert specifi cally molded for the Chiappa M6. This foam insert is designed to hold three 12 gauge shells and fi ve .22 rimfi re cartridges so ammo is always available and ready. A cleaning kit that stores neatly in the stock is included. The M6 easily breaks open and folds in half by pushing down on the trigger guard, making transport and storage easy for any situation. Chiappa’s X-Caliber 12ga or 20ga Adapter Sets are perfect for use with the Chiappa M6.

The Little Badger is the ultimate packable survival gun. Available in .22lr or .22WMR, this lightweight, ultra-compact, break-open rifl e is designed to go anywhere at any time. When the action is opened and the gun folded, it measures a mere 17” overall length and stows neatly in an included pack/case. The wire frame stock keeps weight to a minimum and the integrated shell holder in the back holds twelve cartridges so ammo is always at the ready. The Little Badger comes equipped with an M1 Carbine style front and rear sight. Picatinny rails are mounted top, bottom and on both sides just forward of the receiver for mounting optics and accessories. An optional handle/cleaning kit combination accessory screws into the bottom of the receiver. This shotgun/rimfi re combination gun is a great choice for hunting, survival or fun recreational shooting. New for 2016 the Double Badger is available in 20ga/.22lr, to go along with the 410ga/.22lr and 410ga/.22WMR. The Double Badger has the look, feel and function of an over and under shotgun with an attractive wood buttstock and forend but with the versatility of a rimfi re cartridge. Each barrel is selectively fi red by its own trigger and controlled by a top tang safety that is easy to use quickly and reliably. The Double Badger comes with a Williams Fiber Optic ghost ring and front sight as well as a 3/8” dovetail rail for mounting optics. Designed for portability, pushing the trigger guard down allows the Double Badger to fold in half for a total overall length of 21.20" making storage and transport easy.

Chiappa’s M1-22 creates the look and feel of the venerable USGI M1 Carbine but chambered in the inexpensive and easy to shoot .22lr. A great .22 rimfi re rifl e in its own right, the M1-22 has the exact overall dimensions as the original adding the fun and attractiveness of this carbine. Available in either wood or polymer, the stocks are interchangeable with genuine M1 Carbines. The trigger group and safety also are patterned after the original and look and function exactly the same. Like the original, the M1-22 has a sliding rear sight and winged front sight, as well as a dovetail machined on top of the front and rear receiver rings. Each M1-22 comes with two 10 round magazines.

Modeled after one of America’s great military arms, the USGI M1 Carbine, the M1-9 is nostalgic, fun and practical. This handy, easy to shoot rifl e has the same overall dimensions, trigger groups design and sights as the original, but is chambered in the affordable and readily available 9mm Luger. The receiver has a dovetail machined on top of the front and rear receiver rings. The straight blowback design makes the M1-9 ultra-reliable and easy to clean and maintain. Cartridges are fed from standard Beretta® 92 style magazines with two 10 round magazines included with each M1-9.

AR rifl es are easy to handle and fun to shoot. The MFour captures the best features and attributes of the AR platform but chambered in .22lr. A near identical replica of a M4 carbine, the Chiappa MFour is perfect for inexpensive plinking, practice or for training at ranges where centerfi re rifl e cartridges are not allowed. MFour rifl es come with a removable carry handle, fl attop Picatinny rail, A2 style front sight post and 16” barrel. Many MIL SPEC components fi t the Chiappa MFour, including grips, two piece handguards, trigger, etc. The MFour comes with either two 10 round magazines or two 28 round magazines depending on local laws and regulations. The MFour is also available in a pistol confi guration with a 6” barrel. The upper receivers will work on any MIL SPEC AR lower receiver.

The Rhino is the most innovative development in revolver technology in decades, if not since the creation of the revolver itself. Refusing to be constrained by tradition and previous design limitations, the Rhino has improvements that move the revolver forward into the 21st century. Unconventional in appearance and superior by performance, the Rhino fi res from the bottom of the cylinder rather than the top. This dramatically reduces muzzle rise and recoil felt by lowering the axis of the bore almost to the palm of the shooters hand. An aluminum alloy frame and barrel shroud make the Rhino lightweight and easy to carry. Accessory rails on the bottom of the barrel shroud on the 4”, 5” and 6” barrel models easily allow mounting lights or lasers. The 6” barrel models come with both rails on top and bottom to easily mount optics as well as lights or lasers.The snag resistant “hammer” is actually a cocking device because of the Rhino’s innovative completely enclosed fi ring mechanism which can be fi red either single or double action. A cocked indicator is clearly visible to indicate the internal hammer status. Another innovation is the hexagonal cylinder which keeps the revolver’s width to a minimum. Available in 2”, 4”, 5” and 6” barrel models in black or stainless fi nishes, all Rhino revolvers feature an easy to see fi ber optic front sight.

With the X-Caliber Adapter Set, one gun can shoot up to twelve different calibers. This adapter set is a multi-caliber, multi-cartridge barrel insert system that allows shooting the most popular centerfi re pistol cartridges through any break-open action 12ga. or 20ga. shotgun.
