•When using adjectives to compare anything or anyone you insert the adjective in between the comparison phrase, Mas…. que or menos…..que.

Making comparisons with verbs or nouns without adjectives
•When comparing items with verbs or nouns without adjectives you put the phrase together.

Use Mas de and Menos de to compare numbers
• Hay mas de 7 jugadores en el equipo de beisbol.

• Use tan…. como= as….as, to compare items using adjectives when they both exhibit that quality equally.
• Use tanto como= as much as, when you compare items without an adjective but with a verb when both exhibit that quality equally.
