Sure, that font is fun. Until it defaults to Arial and your sentences fall off the slide. Sticking with commonly used fonts in your deck makes it easier to manage
and helps maintain it’s integrity.

with transitions.

Complicated animations are difficult to manage.
(And make for lousy hand-outs.)
It can be painful to watch a huge graphic animate on, click...by painful
click. Animations can distract from your presentation. Use the built-in transitions
between slides before adding bling.
Templates are your new best friend.
