MAJOR PROJECTS AND NEWS ITEMS INDUSTRY NEWS (Houston, TX) – Energy Transfer Part- ners LP has provided further details on its previously an- nounced Revolution Project that will increase its operations in the growing Marcellus and Upper Devonian production areas of Western Pennsylvania. ETP has entered into long- term gas gathering, processing, and fractionation agreements with EdgeMarc Energy. To facilitate these agreements, ETP has purchased approxi- mately 20 miles of high-pressure pipeline from EdgeMarc and will build a new cryogenic gas processing plant, a new fractionator and additional gas gathering pipelines. ETP plans to construct 100 miles of high pressure 24- and 30-inch rich-gas pipeline providing a total gathering system capacity in excess of 440 million cubic feet per day. The Revolution Pipeline originates in Butler County, Penn- sylvania, and will extend to ETP’s Revolution Plant, a new cryogenic gas processing plant to be constructed in Western Pennsylvania. The Revolution Plant is expected to be in- service by the second quarter of 2017 and will allow for fu- ture processing growth for additional third-party gas. The residue gas from this plant will be delivered into ETP’s Rover interstate pipeline for deliveries to downstream mar- kets. The natural gas liquids (NGLs) will be delivered to Sunoco Logistics’ (SXL’s) Mariner East pipeline system for delivery to domestic and export markets. As a result, this new system and associated facilities provide attractive incremental reve- nue benefits to both the Rover pipeline and SXL’s Mariner East pipeline system, while at the same time providing flow assurance for natural gas and associated NGLs from well- head to end markets for producers in these areas. The project also includes a fractionation facility that will be constructed at SXL’s Marcus Hook Industrial Complex in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania. The fractionation facility is expected to be in service by the second quarter of 2017. INDUSTRY NEWS (Philadelphia, PA) – Sunoco Logistics said recently it is looking to add a second pipeline to its 350- mile Mariner East 2 pipeline project. Construction of the line would depend on commitments from gas companies to fill it, said Jeff Shields, a company spokesman. The second pipeline would carry natural gas liquids includ- ing propane, ethane and butane from Houston, Pa., to the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex near Philadelphia. The second Mariner East 2 pipeline would mostly follow the same route of the first pipeline and add as much as 225,000 barrels of natural gas liquids capacity per day to the project. Both pipelines would transport as much as 675,000 barrels per day. Sunoco has no estimate as to how much the second pipeline would add to the cost of the $2.5 billion Mariner East 2 project. The end of 2016 would complete construction on both pipelines, Shields said. INDUSTRY NEWS (Philadelphia, PA) – Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. announced that Sunoco Pipeline L.P. has suc- cessfully closed a binding Open Season for its Delaware Ba- sin Extension project. The project will provide shippers with new takeaway capacity from the rapidly growing Delaware Basin area in New Mexico and West Texas to Midland, Texas. “We are pleased to announce another successful open sea- son, our 14th successive one over the last four years,” said P.O. MAJOR PROJECTS AND NEWS ITEMSINDUSTRY NEWS (Houston, TX) – Energy Transfer Part-ners LP has provided further details on its previously an-nounced Revolution Project that will increase its operations in the growing Marcellus and Upper Devonian production areas of Western Pennsylvania. ETP has entered into long-term gas gathering, processing, and fractionation agreements with EdgeMarc Energy.

To facilitate these agreements, ETP has purchased approxi-mately 20 miles of high-pressure pipeline from EdgeMarc and will build a new cryogenic gas processing plant, a new fractionator and additional gas gathering pipelines.

ETP plans to construct 100 miles of high pressure 24- and 30-inch rich-gas pipeline providing a total gathering system capacity in excess of 440 million cubic feet per day.

The Revolution Pipeline originates in Butler County, Penn-sylvania, and will extend to ETP’s Revolution Plant, a new cryogenic gas processing plant to be constructed in Western Pennsylvania. The Revolution Plant is expected to be in-service by the second quarter of 2017 and will allow for fu-ture processing growth for additional third-party gas.

The residue gas from this plant will be delivered into ETP’s Rover interstate pipeline for deliveries to downstream mar-kets.

The natural gas liquids (NGLs) will be delivered to Sunoco Logistics’ (SXL’s) Mariner East pipeline system for delivery to domestic and export markets. As a result, this new system and associated facilities provide attractive incremental reve-nue benefits to both the Rover pipeline and SXL’s Mariner East pipeline system, while at the same time providing flow assurance for natural gas and associated NGLs from well-head to end markets for producers in these areas.

The project also includes a fractionation facility that will be constructed at SXL’s Marcus Hook Industrial Complex in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania. The fractionation facility is expected to be in service by the second quarter of 2017.

INDUSTRY NEWS (Philadelphia, PA) – Sunoco Logistics said recently it is looking to add a second pipeline to its 350-mile Mariner East 2 pipeline project. Construction of the line would depend on commitments from gas companies to fill it, said Jeff Shields, a company spokesman.

The second pipeline would carry natural gas liquids includ-ing propane, ethane and butane from Houston, Pa., to the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex near Philadelphia.

Michael J. Hennigan, president and chief executive officer. “This project will provide needed takeaway capacity out of the Delaware Basin and transport the crude oil to Midland, Texas. We are excited to be able to deliver a project that will support continued crude oil production in a key basin.

This project continues to build upon our long-term strategy of growing ratable, fee-based cash flow for our investors.”

As previously announced the project will consist of approxi-mately 125 miles of new build pipeline and is anticipated to have initial capacity to transport approximately 100,000 bar-rels per day. The pipeline is scheduled to be operational in the first half 2016.

INDUSTRY NEWS (Houston, TX) – The Comanche Trail Pipeline will run from Waha to San Elizario, just South of El Paso. The Trans Pecos pipeline will run from Waha to Pre-sidio. Energy Transfer Partners out of Dallas won both con-tracts.

"We can deliver gas down into Mexico to help them increase the natural gas that they need to use in order to power their power plants to produce electricity," Vicki Anderson Granado of the Granado Communications Group and Media Relations for Energy Transfer Partners, said.

Energy Transfer Partners says they are negotiating with land-owners along the Trans Pecos Pipeline about volunteering their easements.

They are still processing details for the Comanche Trail Pipe-line. The company predicts both pipelines to be in full opera-tion by 2017.

INDUSTRY NEWS-Atlanta, GA-Atlanta Gas Light is in the midst of acquiring right-of-way and easements for a new 17-mile natural gas pipeline in Coweta, and construction is ex-pected to begin in October.

The “Newnan Bypass Pipeline” will begin at Lunsford Road, just off Temple Avenue/Carrollton Highway, near the inter-section with the Hwy. 34 Bypass. For the most part, the 16-inch pipeline will be on or adjacent to existing utility corri-dors, said Allen Casstevens, program manager for Atlanta Gas Light’s STRIDE Program.

The pipeline will go directly west where it will intersect with Georgia Power right-of-way. It will then go south where it will intersect with Georgia Transmission Corporation right-of-way and head to the east until it reaches the end point on Ga. Hwy. 54. Construction is expected to be complete “no later than July of next year,” Casstevens said.

Design work has recently been completed, said Casstevens, and they are “more than 50 percent” finished with acquiring land.
