Ozone disinfectionRegular cleaning intervals are necessary to ensure the production of hygieni-cally perfect ice as it is used by the food industry. Nevertheless, external conditions (e.g. variations of water quality, impure ambient air, contaminated chutes and ice bins etc.) can reduce the sanitation level and lead to an in-crease of bacterial load.

MAJA’s ozone disinfection system can help to close this sanitation gap.

The highly reactive oxygen O3 is added to the supply water by the MAJA Ozone Module. Disinfection is made on all material which is reached by the ozonized water which allows an efficient hygienization degree far beyond any conven-tional cleaning routine.
