main line art center summer camp: artifacts
DESCRIPTION
Calling all Art Archeologists and Anthropologists! It’s time to unearth your inner artist and explore ARTifacts of the past and present while creating masterpieces you’ll treasure forever. Summer Art Camp: ARTifacts takes place the newly renovated and expanded Main Line Art Center, and runs in 11 one-week sessions (new themes each week!) from June 16-August 29 in half days for ages 4-5 (morning only) and full days and half days (morning or afternoon) for ages 6-13. Young artists work alongside professional Teaching Artists in real art studios to learn the fundamentals of painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, fiber arts, jewelry and metals through imaginative projects inspired by civilizations from around the world.TRANSCRIPT
