Main Library Family Movies Each month the Main Library offers free movies. Movie titles can be
found on the front of the calendar. Free tickets are given out a ½ hour before the start of the movie.

Please Note, Library Policy States: Parents & caregivers are responsible for overseeing their children during library visits & programs. Children visiting the library who are 8-years-old or younger must be accompanied at all times by a responsible caregiver at least 13-years-old.
Homework Help is available on Monday & Wednesday nights,
from 6:00-8:00 pm, for students grades K-5, who need some
help with a particular subject area. This program is held in the
Children's Room of the Main Library & is open to Woodbridge
residents. There is no registration for this program. Students
may sign-up 15 min. before the program starts. There is a 30
min. maximum on a first-come basis. Homework Help is
provided by a volunteer retired educator & is
not intended as a substitute for tutoring.
A program for emerging elementary-age children or those
who may need some help with their reading skills. These
children are paired by the children’s librarian with a teen
volunteer Reading Buddy. Pairs meet once a week at the
library for up to an hour. Visit the Children’s librarian to
fill out an application today!
A Reading Confidence Program
A program for children grades 1 & up who want to
develop increased reading confidence.
The Read to a Dog offers hesitant readers an
opportunity to read to a certified therapy animal
as a non-judgmental audience.
Registration begins March 19.
Celebrate the Author: Patricia Reilly Giff
Come celebrate Patricia Reilly Giff’s Birthday! Kids will
make a Birthday card for the Author & these lovely cards will
be sent to the author.
Kids also get to make a craft to take home.
Registration begins April 1. Drop-in Craft - Spring Craft
A parent-directed drop-in craft for all ages. Come any time between 2:00-8:00 p.m. & see what we are making!
Instructions & supplies are provided for families to make a craft in the library. Supplies are limited.

Sensory Storytime An interactive small storyime program geared specifically for chil-dren, with special needs & their families or caregivers. Siblings & therapists are welcome. The storytime is designed to engage kids through movement, music, story on a wall & a small craft and is
ideal for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration challenges or children who have difficulty sitting in
large groups. Registration begins March 18.
Tween Program: Carp Kite
Carp Windsocks decorate the landscape of Japan from April through
May in honor of children's Day. Come and make your won unique
carp (Koinobori) Kite to help observe the happy occasion.
