European Event of the Year 2020 – Club holidays in Würzburg, BavariaGive your MG and yourself a perfect trip - join the European Event of the Year 2020 in Würzburg (Bavaria).

MG Car Club Deutschland kindly invites you for some breathtaking days in and around Würzburg.

And it‘s not just the European Event: The MG Car Club Deutschland celebrates it‘s 50th birthday and that’s a good reason for a party with all our friends, wherever they come from. And a party means you don’t have to care for anything.

So the “event package” is indeed a “club holiday”: everything is included, from tour tickets to meals including all drinks. Just the hotel will be a matter of your own personal choice.

Five entertaining days are waiting for you

So lets see … what about the schedule?

Check in will be on Wednesday, 5th of August. After registration, you have some time to relax. Starting at 7,00 pm, there will be a two course dinner at the event hotel.

Thursday is the first day on the road. You will be guided through the picturesque and wonderful scenery of Northern Bavaria, from Würzburg along the river Main with a stop in a typical local “Gaststube”.

On Friday, even your MG can relax because you will enjoy a boat tour on the river Main. Both days will include a gorgeous dinner, one in the

well known Wine estate Bürgerspital and the other one in the Residence Palace (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

On Saturday, it‘s time to blow the dust off the MG again. We will take you to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of the best preserved medieval towns in Germany. As you can expect, we have planned ample time for a walk through the “Altstadt” and enjoy the atmosphere over there.

Apparently, one of the highlights will be the gala dinner on Saturday evening. The maître de cuisine has promised to “stun the crowd” with a fancy menu.

Sunday means to say “farewell” with a tear in the eye and some music in the ear.

So that’s the plan, dear fellow MG enthusiasts – now it‘s up to you! Think about it, save the date and be prepared: We will start taking your bookings on 1st of October at midnight CEST.
