magnolia stk for the international eads.com project
DESCRIPTION
EADS chose Magnolia CMS Enterprise Edition to be the Web Content Management for their Webplatform to host www.eads.com and a number of other tenants of the corporation and their business units. At the time of kick off for the integration of Magnolia Aperto had only two months until finishing technical implementation and the conceptual development and design process was still on its way. This case study will show how the Magnolia STK helped to meet an extremely short deadline, while conceptual development was still running, migration of the whole website needed to be done and several stakeholders and service providers had to be integrated and coordinated in this project.TRANSCRIPT

To create a corporate website that helps to describe EADS, its role, capabilities, performance, geography and ambitions in a style that is true to itself and motivating for external audiences and all EADS employees. It should demonstrate that EADS has real direction, using Vision 2020 as a key message. The site should reflect best practice.
