MAGNERS MAGNIFICENT 7s – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Magners Magnificent 7s competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of

Man and Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be of legal drinking age within the country they reside to enter.

2. Employees of C&C Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition will not be granted access.

3. No purchase required for entry.

4. All information detailing how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these

rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. All entries must be received by the closing date of 5pm on Wednesday 15th April 2015 and

entry is restricted to one per person (acting on behalf of one team).

6. Details supplied may be used for PR or promotional and general marketing purposes.

7. Entries will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 16 team places at the Magners Magnificent

7s Group Stages at Lennoxtown training centre on Sunday 26 April 2015.

8. Individuals entering on behalf of a team are solely responsible for the organisation of that team.

The promoter will take no responsibility for any team administration (other than direct with the lead individual) or non-attendance at the Magners Magnificent 7s Group Stages

9. A total squad of 9 players are permitted per team. No additional players or spectators will be permitted to attend the Magners Magnificent 7s Group Stages.

10. Winners will be chosen at random and the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all

matters relating to this competition.

11. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

12. The prize is non-transferrable.

13. Winning entrants will each win a team place at the Magners Magnificent 7s Group Stages event at Lennoxtown training centre on Sunday 26 April 2015. Each team will play a minimum of three

matches. 8 teams (4 group winners and 4 play-off winners) will qualify for the Magners Magnificent 7s Finals event at Celtic Park. The date for the Magners Magnificent 7s Finals event at

Celtic Park will be advised to teams on qualification.

14. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any injury incurred whilst participating in

either the Group Stages or Finals events. Players take part at their own risk.

15. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you must be of good health and of physical fitness to

participate in the Group Stages and Finals events.

16. Qualification from the Group Stages to the Finals event will be determined by the final standings

in groups of 4 teams.

17. The decision of the appointed Magners official at the Group Stages event is final.

18. The Final event will take place on a date to be confirmed and the prize will consist of participation

in an 8 team 7-a-side Finals tournament played at Celtic Park.

19. Travel, accommodation and any other expense incurred when participating in the promotion is not included in the prize.

20. The winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to: Magners Magnificent 7s, Material_UK, 6th Floor, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB

21. Winners to enter the Group Stages event will be drawn at random from all entrants received by

5pm on Wednesday 15 April 2015.

22. Winners will be notified via telephone or email within 48 hours of the closing date.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw this prize in whole or in part

any time during the competition period.

24. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation

to the Prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, injury or damage which is

suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and / or the tournament except that the

promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter. Furthermore, the Promoter does not recommend or

guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligation of any third parties associated with the prize.
