We often hear about quality standards, manufacturing process and materials
used in the eXalite tube. This document will show just how the eXalite is
holding its reputation of being simply the best tube in the LED market.
As a brief comparison to what the competitors are offering in opposite of
what a high-end-but-cost-effective-product is made of.
Starting from the beginning, the eXalite is made of high end
materials to ensure an extended lifetime and optimum fidelity
and efficiency. Basically 4 parts are to be considered, all playing
an important role.

The eXalite uses a 3014 high brightness chip that is
packaged by Magnatech LED which outperformances
standard internationally recognized chips 3528 and 5050
as reported in the chart above.

1- The eXalite`s driver is fully certified and complies to all of EU requirements for efficiency and safety;
2- When most of the products reduce their cost by using cheaper, smaller or thinner Aluminium PCB
or even just fiberglass, they affect greatly the lifetime of the tube. To insure an optimum heat
transfer, the eXalite uses a normal-sized Aluminium PCB, the only way to really spread the heat
away.
3- The eXalite uses the latest generation of high brightness 3014 LED chips offering a real 104lm/watt-
tested-lamp-efficiency as a standard specification. Upgradable upon request.
4- The thickness of the casing itself shows the total difference between premium and cheap products
that of course is compromising the lamps lifetime and brightness stability.
