1. Introduction to One Page Checkout with Cart

We are proud to present you the long-awaited update for Magento One Page Checkout

module. We made our extension even better. Your customers won’t spend as much time for

checkout process as they do for choosing the product. Shopping must be fun, so let’s

arrange that! No multiple pages to go through, no page reloading to make another purchase

– now checkout is fantastically easy.

2. How to Install

Step 1: Use FTP client to upload all folders from the zip package to your

Magento site root folder. Be sure that you upload them to the correct directories.

Attention! If your template is not default, be sure to change the folders of the

installed module from /app/design/frontend/default/default to

/app/design/frontend/default/YOUR_THEME and /skin/frontend/default/default to

/skin/frontend/default/YOUR_THEME

Step 2: Login to your Magento administration panel

Step 3: Refresh cache (go to System > Cache Management and select Refresh)

and disable compilation (go to System > Tools > Compilation and select Disable)

Recommended: Navigate to System > Configuration, if you can see Cart

Checkout tab, the extension is installed right.

Step 4: Relogin to admin panel (log out and back into Magento Admin Panel).

Step 5: Go to System > Configuration > Cart Checkout and choose the right

settings of extension (Enable).

Recommended: You may go to the frontend and try to check out. This will help

you to be sure that One Page Checkout is working.

Step 6: Go to System > Tools > Compilation and select Enable.

How to Deactivate

Step 1. Disable Extension.

Log into MagentoAdmin Panel and go to System → Configuration → Cart Checkout → Settings

Select "Disable" to deactivate the extension. Click “Save Config” button.

The extension is now deactivated.

Step 2.Clear cache.

Go to System → Cache Management.

Clear the store cache.

3. How to Configure

Before you understand how this extension works in frontend, we’ll show you how to configure

the extension in the admin panel. It is a very simple process.

First, log in to the admin panel. This is a standard view.

Now navigate to System -> Configuration

Then, you’ll see a menu Cart Checkout.

Here, you’ll see settings for One Page Checkout extension.

You should choose Enable if you want the extension to be available to your customers.

After selecting the necessary settings, please don’t forget to press Save Config button.

4. How to Use

It’s time to get acquainted with One Page Checkout with Cart features and the ways

customers take benefit of them.

Standard checkout process takes 6 steps. The customer have to complete each page before

go the next one.

So, as you see, standard Magento checkout requires multiple pages to go through and page

reloading to make another purchase.

Some customers leave the checkout process unfinished due to page loads.

After installing the One Page Checkout extension customers get a much better and user-

friendly checkout page that leaves them busy during the checkout process.

So, customer can find all required information for checkout process at one page: checkout

method (register, guest), billing address, shipping address, shipping method, payment

method and order review. Your customer just need to fill all information in this One page and

click Place Order now one time to finish the order.

Also, customers can see all their items on this page. And even more, buyers can even

instantly delete items they don't need without going back to the cart.

If the customer wants to delete any item he should just click the “instant delete” button. After

that the customer will see this message to avoid errors.

The customer can see all details of the chosen items, if there are any.

And now, let's look at all the checkout fields in more details.

If the customer is not logged in he can

select the checkout method. Otherwise this

field is not visible.

The next step is billing information.

If shipping address is different from the billing address the customer will see additional field.

The next step is shipping rates.

After filling address the customer can

see available shipping method.

Then the customer can choose payment

method. If he wants to pay by check

nothing will change.

But if he wants to pay by credit card a

special field will appear. The credit card

information is saved, to make next

purchase simpler.

The last step is order placement. The

customer can see the total price and

enter the coupon code if available. After

the coupon code was entered, the price

details are automatically updated.

After the customer fills all information he should click Place Order. And then he will

see a confirmation page that the order was placed successfully.

As you could make sure the purchase process is very simple and intuitive.
