Regional. Electricity tariff among the lowest in the region. Single tier tariff. No incentives to investors Collection can be troublesome
How to overcome the challenges
MEW to carry its own comprehensive techno-commercial study.
Current energy conservation codes to include DC.
Government to introduce incentives and legislation.
Review electricity tariffs and introduce night/off peak rates.
Pilot project to prove the viability of the technology for Kuwait.
