Magazine Production Process

The original photograph taken for the magazine. The picture was taken in front a plain red background with a couple a lights aimed at the model due to the low lighting in the room the photo was taken in.

The first thing I did was delete the background as there was a yellow glow at the bottom of the background from the lights and a shadow. Deleting the background was an obvious choice to make the magazine look better.

A masthead, cover line and a position statement was added to finish the magazine. The cover lines are also relevant to the main image is it relates to the person displayed and people who are similar.
