Terms Payments for shipments made by the 20th of the month are due at A+ School Apparel on the 10th of the following month (net 10 EOM). Seasonal dating terms are available to customers with good credit standing for all seasonal orders placed from October 1 through April 30. In addition, seasonal terms are available for all orders placed from May 1 through June 30 if a customer has already placed one or more seasonal orders prior to May 1. For customers who qualify for extended seasonal terms (to June 30), orders placed between July 1 and September 30, net 10 EOM terms apply. Seasonal dating terms: 50% due August 10, 50% due September 10.

Freight All A+ School Apparel sales are FOB origin. As our cus-tomer, you are responsible for paying the freight charges. FedEx ground is the preferred carrier for A+ School Apparel. All shipments delivered must have the total number of cartons received verified to the carton quantity of the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves your facility. If the total cartons delivered does not match the total carton quantity on the BOL then it must be noted on the BOL and driver made aware for claim purposes.

Claims Should you find any problem with your shipment, please notify your Customer Service Representative immediately and we will correct it. Please be advised that we cannot process your claim unless you contact us within 5 business days of your receipt of the shipment. We cannot accept returns on any garments that have been decorated or altered.

Cancellation PolicyYour order begins processing as soon as it is entered by a Customer Service Representative or submitted by the customer on the B2B. After these submissions it might be possible to cancel your order by calling A+ School Apparel directly. Once the inventory is al-located to your order it may not be cancelable.

IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel an order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.

Starting May 1 all non stock custom orders less than6 units per size, please add $3.00 each to all garments.

One unit specials add $10 per garment.
