PALLETISING SYSTEMSAlvey is a specialist in automatic palletising systems for all kinds and sizes of products. Installations can involve multi-line or single-line layer palletisers and combinations of these. Utilising either conventional or robot units, flexibility can be achieved even at high capacities.

An efficient conveyor system is an important and integral part of every palletising project. Alvey has a wide range of conveyors for pallets and unit loads for horizontal and/or inclined transport.

For further stabilising and securing items on pallets, Alvey integrates wrapping or strapping equipment from proven OEM manufacturers.

STANDARD PALLET CONVEYORSAlvey has developed a fully modular pallet transport system. It consists of several standardised units, covering all pallet handling operations.

Our solutions include both hardware and high end software to substantially improve your warehousing efficiency. We have mini load systems, which are stacker cranes for small loads such as cartons or crates. There are a number of models and sizes depending on the required speeds, capacities and the product. Evolink is a high end “Industry 4.0” platform featuring hardware and software solution. It obviates the need of a central PLC, central and cumbersome programming, and significantly reduces programming, installation and startup time of conveyor systems. Basically, EvoLink makes any component in a conveyor system real plug & play. This means a lot of practical benefits:
