Hiring fairs are expensive …and time consuming …and can’t guarantee a hire.
This makes me ask
How might we…
Shift Miami’s brand image to attract and retain talent?
And answer
Make working/ interning in Miami a “thing” for recent college grads
Similar to other experiences that are a “thing”
And campaigns that promote entrepreneurship and/or cities
Miami is the ultimate place to have your cake and eat it too

Recruiting for all member Miami companies under the name
Made in Dade®
If companies pool their resources into one bucket
They can recruit nationally can afford to be more selective can support each other better
