1. DESCRIPTION: Beginning one (1) year after the Sublease commencement date, Mad Cow will pay the City $1,014.52. Beginning in the third year of the Sublease, the City will be paid $2,029.04.

Per the Mad Cow Theater Incorporated sublease agreement, the City will be paid $1,014.52 after the first year of the sublease, and $2,029.52 after the third year.
