After the payment process or the assessment process where no payment is required, is completed, the Declarant must attach all support documents required by Law and deliver the Declaration to Customs Face Vet Officer.

Accessing ASYCUDAWorld System

Customs Face Vet Officer must access the ASYCUDAWorld system by typing the user name and password given to him/her by ASYCUDAWorld administrators.

After the Face Vet Officer have successfully logged into ASYCUDAWORLD, he/she must click the “Document Library icon in the upper left hand corner.

This will open the document library frame to the right hand corner of the screen.

The Face Vet Officer will click the “ASYCUDA” expansion button (+), then “Goods Clearance” expansion button and then the “Declaration” expansion button to display “Detailed Declaration option”. Right click on “Detailed Declaration” and choose ‘FIND’ from the drop-down menu to find the declaration.

A Selection Criteria screen will appear. Select criteria, and then click on the Finder icon.

The system uses the criteria selected to find the Declaration.

Click on the declaration, and then right click to access a drop down menu. Select the “View” option from the drop down menu.

This will open the SAD to grant the Face Vet officer access to the Attached Document Page of the declaration.

The Face Vet Officer will peruse the documents presented to make sure that hard copies of all attached documents are listed in the “Attached Document Page” of the

declaration, and have the same data and information as those registered in the system.

If conform, the Face Vet Officer must Trigger Selectivity on the declaration.

Triggering Selectivity

The Face Vet Officer must “Find” the declaration once again using the selection criteria in the system. Click on the Declaration, and then Right Click to access a drop down menu. Select the “Release Order (Selectivity)” option from the drop down menu.

Triggering Selectivity processes the declaration through the Risk Management System which selects the declaration for one of the following Channels: Green, Blue, Yellow or Red.

Green Channel – Declaration might be released without further scrutiny.

Blue Channel – Declaration selected for Post Audit.

Yellow Channel - Declaration selected for documentary examination.

Red Channel – Declaration selected for documentary check and physical examination.

For a Yellow, Red or Blue Channel, Customs Examination Officers are automatically assigned by the system to conduct examination.

Finding the Examiner and Section

The Face Vet Officer will find the Examination Officers (Chief Examiner and Examining Officer) by clicking on “ASYCUDA” expansion button (+), then “Goods Clearance” expansion button and then the “Declaration” expansion button to display “Detailed Declaration option”. Right click on “Detailed Declaration” and choose ‘Find Examiner and Section’ from the drop-down menu to find the Examination Officer and the section where the goods are stored.

The system uses the criteria selected to find the Examination Officer and the section where the goods are stored.

The Face Vet Officer will note the selected Channel and name of the Examination Officer assigned to the examination by the system, and forward the declaration to the relevant officer.

The Face Vet Officer will inform the Declarant of the color channel selected by the system.
