On completion of this module, the trainee should be able to:-
Check & adjust power steering fluid, Flushing a power steering system.
Identify ABS components, checking of ABS warning lamp.
Check automatic transmission fluid.
Change transmission fluid & filter.
Diagnose automatic seat belt systems.
Prepare Body shop repair sequence procedures
Identify the parts of unibody design vehicle.
Analyzing damage-Length damage, Width damage, Height damage.

Electric power assisted steering, Basic electric power

Electronic adjustable-rate shock absorbers, Electric
brakes, Electro hydraulic braking (EHB),

operation, Principles of ABS braking, ABS
master cylinder, Hydraulic control unit, Wheel
speed sensors, ABS with EBD electronic
control unit.Antilock brake system and traction control system(ABS/TCS)
Inspection of power steering control module circuit.
Checking & adjusting power steering fluid, Pressure
