OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION: 1. Billi ton ·M;i.n.e17als. ·a gold ore extraction

company~ has obta±~ed a mining permit from the Bureau of Land Management for mining and reclamation at Standard Hill Mine. It was later determined ·that a portion o·f the processing facilities, a ~ater pipeline, mani.toring well. and port:l:on or a processing pond, are located on State lieu land, and Billiton Minerals immediately contacted State lands ~ommission to lease the affected lands.

~. Since this project ±ncludes the use of hazardous substances to process the gold ore, this lease is also subject to. all State- and Federal statut,~s ~nd regulati-ons regarding the use, stora~~. arid disposal of toxic and hazardous substances.
