Dear Parish Family, members, a endees, guest and seekers,
Christ is Risen! BUSY PARISH RETREAT
This picture of Jesus PRAYING, sums up for me the First SIGN, the First HABIT of being a Dynamic Catholic, a Saint in Train-ing: PRAYER. I have spent a lot of me medita ng on this pic-ture. If Jesus found the TIME to Pray, so can I!!!! If Jesus made Praying a PRIORITY in his life, so can I!!!
Three weeks ago, I shared with you a Prayer Guide, that gives you a step by step explana on on how to have a Daily Prayer Time. If you didn't get one, they are available at the main en-trance of our Church or at the Office. In two weeks we will be having another INSTANT PARISH SURVEY. Instead of asking you how many PAGES you have read, it will ask you about your daily Prayer Time.
Remember, I am not talking about saying prayers. The author of our book asked us to PRAY Ten Minutes a day, in a CONVERSATION with God. In his book on page 61 and in my guide, we show you how! Having trouble ge ng started? LOOK AT THE ABOVE PICTURE AND ASK JESUS TO HELP YOU!
On Friday May 19, 2017, we began our YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY. We had an opportunity to share the Vision and direc on of this new Ministry. The feedback we received was helpful and insigh ul. Keep up your prayers for this
developing ministry. On Saturday May 20, 2017, we started another new Min-istry: Ambassadors of the Word; which will allow us to have a viable presence in the over 90 Migrant Camps we have within our parish boundaries. Much was accom-plished at this First mee ng. Interested in joining us? Call Ana at extension 321 or e-mail her at [email protected] Next week we conclude the Easter Season with PENTECOST. This is the day we cele-brate the Birthday of the Church! Since you and I make up the living Church, help us DECORATE the Church by WEARING SOMETHING RED. Don't have something RED? Our Golden Door Thri Shoppe has some ideas for you! In case you can't find any-thing RED, our Youth Ministry will be handing out RED ribbons, so ALL can be clothed in RED. Marana tha Fr. Mike Shepherd Leader Ps. Con-GRAD-ula ons to all our graduates! Know you will always have a HOME here at Saint Clement. Have you considered joining our Young Adult Ministry? E-mail us at: [email protected].

COLUMNA DEL PÁRROCO Queridos Feligreses y Visitantes, ¡Cristo a Resucitado!
Llame a Ana
¿No
enes algo ROJO? Has considerado unirte a nuestro Ministerio de Jovenes Adultos? Man-danos un correo electrónico a: [email protected].
