    ELIGIBILITY FORADMISSION:-

    Minimum Qualification: Graduate in B Sc. Compo SC.or B SC. IT. or equivalentDegree or B.E. in any branch of a Statutory University

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:-1. Original Mark sheet with 6 self attested photocopies, of the graduation level

    examination as per eligibility criteria.

    N.B.: Please see on page no. 4 of this prospectus for other required documents.

    Original Certificate will be returned after verification of Form.

    Student admitted provisionally on eligibility certificate require to submit the

    migration certificate, and passing Degree certificate before 31' December, for

    confirmation of admission

    ADMISSION FEES PART I:

    Rs.12.025 /- for General category.

    Rs. 1000/- for the students of Reserve Category (Only for those who are eligible andwish to apply for Freeship/ScholarshipScheme).

    N.B.:- ASSIGNMENT /JOURNAL SUBMISSION OF M.C.A..

    1. Students are asked to submit their respective Journals in respect of in Room

    No. 12 as and when the date will be inform to the students by the Co-ordinator

    or the office inform the same through website.

    2. Student who fails to submit his/her Journals/ Project in time, their

    Examination Hall Ticket will not be issued under any circumstances.

    STANDARD OF PASSING:-

    To pass the examination the candidate must secure 18 marks out of 75 marks in each

    Theory paper separately & 120 marks out of 300 marks in aggregate of all Theorypapers and 12 marks out of 50 marks in each practical separately & 80 marks of out of200 marks in aggregate of practicals.

    ELIGIBILITY CASE:-

    The students from CBSE, NIOS, H.S.C. Boards other than Maharashtra State, Dip.

    Ed. And Degree from other than University of Mumbai will have to obtain the

    Eligibility Certificate which will be issued from Eligibility Unit, Room No. 108 (A),

    Institute of Distance and Open Learning, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Bhavan,

    Vidyanagari, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-98, before the admission. Application for

    Provisional Statement of Eligibility will be available at Room No. 108 (A) (From the

    Commencement date of admission, till last date of admission only). The

    student should submit the attested xerox copies of all the certificates including all

    years failed/ATKT marksheets and should produce all the original certificates while

    submitting the application for Provisional Statement of Eligibility.

    Required Documents for Obtaining Eligibility Certificate:

    1.H.S.C. and onwards all examination (F.Y., S.Y. & T.Y.)2. Proof of Date of Birth3. Migration / Transferance Certificate.4. Passing/Convocation / Degree Certificate.

    5. Marriage Certificate/Gazette Notification (For female married students).

    PAYMENT OF FEES

    The fees can be paid through any one of the following modes of payment:

    1. Online payment option through Debit/ Credit Cards/ Internet Banking.2. Bank Challan of Bank of Maharashtra only.

    Attestation of Documents

    The self-attested copies of documents/papers will be accepted. It is made

    clear that if any false attestation / falsified record are detected, the Student will be

    debarred from the University / institute and in addition a criminalcase under relevant

    section of IPC (viz, 471, 474 IPC etc) will be institutedagainst him/her.

    COMMON DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION OF ALL COURSES

    (All Xerox Copies shall be Self Attested):

    1. Date of Birth Proof - Two self attested Xerox copies.

    2. Proof of Residence: - Produce residence proof (any one of the following:Election Card/Driving License/Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill /Ration Card/Society Letter/ Agreement with one attested Xerox copy).

    3. Statement of Marks of all attempts of (all lower Exams are required to submitwith one xerox copy.)

    4. Xll Std. Mark sheet with three self attested Xerox copies. (For FYBA/B.Comonly)

    5. Identity card of previous course (For old student of IDOL)6. The Student from other college affiliated to University of Mumbai who is

    transferring his/her admission to IDOL. He/She is required to submit originalNo Objection Certificate (NOC) of current academic year from the

    concerned college and submit along with a Xerox copy.

    7. Bachelor Degree Certificate (Convocation) with one Xerox copy forMA/M.Com/M.Sc Part-I for admission only.

    8. Two years work Experience Certificate, only for PGDFM and PGDORM first year.
