Counselor Update  ‐ Process for "non"‐ counselor attendance | Follow‐Up Reporting and Conversation  |  This last year, we had this topic come up.  We agreed to discuss this and finalize a plan at this retreat.  How would we like to handle this going forward? 

GEAR UP / CAW ‐ Time overlap ‐ conflict on last week of Montana Fairs.  What do you think?   

Review the format / layout of printed Guide and share new ideas?  What sections/areas should be included or each campus?  Do we want to change or add? 

Maybe offer a "mandatory" webinar to presenters to help them with the presentation style ‐ make sure to introduce themselves, stick to the top 5 approach, don't read from the book, stay on time, etc. 

OPI willing to host again and recommended we try Zoom for 2020.   

MONTANA TRIBAL COLLEGE FAIRS

Update ‐ MT Tribal College Fairs overlaps  with MSCA Conference in between each week (starting April 2nd).

Google Adwords Major Adjustments & Restrictions for Nonprofit Advertising |  At the end of 2018 and throughout 2019, we have had to narrow our nonprofit grant of Google Adwords reach drastically.  Which you will see in our traffic decreasing.  We will discuss this in our meeting and share ideas of how to grow within these new restrictions.  We may want to consider contracting to do some SEO research to fit within their new guidelines more.

New Idea – Add live feeds from trwitter posts from NACAC, PNACAC, NODA, etc. for members and other resources for our student/counselor website, etc.
