Please  create  a  plain  text  file  with  the  name  of  Assignment3yourlastname.sql  (note  that  Notepad  automatically  changes  your  file  extension  to  .txt.  Try  to  save  the  file  name  with  .sql  extension.)  For  example,  for  the  instructor,  the  filename  would  be  assignment2wang.sql.  You  can  create  the  script  file  using  the  SQL  Script  page  from  the  Oracle  Application  Express.  

This  file  should  contain  queries  written  for  the  all  the  questions  (2.66  A  to  H)  from  the  textbook.      

 

Try  to  use  comment  mark  to  mark  out  those  text  except  for  the  SQL  statements.  In  other  words,  this  script  file  can  be  uploaded  to  Oracle  Database  11g  Express  and  execute  without  error  message.  DO  NOT  SHOW  THE  QUERY  RESULTS  in  your  script  file.

Grading  Rubric  

Each  correct  query  is  1  point,  8  points  total.  

If  the  query  does  not  follow  the  textbook  format  convention,  or  Failure  to  name  the  text  file  as  Assignment3lastname.sql  1  point  will  be  deducted.  

If  the  work  is  submitted  two  days  after  due  date,  2  points  will  be  deducted.
