Imagine warm bamboo shoots of various sizes soaked in essential oils rolling, sliding and massaging your muscles. Customized to your preference, your therapist will use deep tissue techniques or gentle strokes to soothe the muscles into sweet oblivion.

This signature massage encourages the body to heal itself from the inside out by combining Swedish massage techniques and targeted reflexology. This technique uses pressure-points on your feet, hands or ears to restore the energy balance throughout the body. The alternating pressure patterns have been known to help with eliminating toxins, relaxing the entire body and stimulating the healthy function of internal organs.

Lymphat ic Massage

Light, rhythmic strokes are used to improve the flow of fluid that helps fight infection and disease throughout the body. This massage technique helps clients maintain health and improve the beauty of the skin. It is also commonly used after surgery to reduce swelling.

Pregnancy and Postpar tum Massage

Therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Benefits include relieving headaches and sinus congestion, backaches, leg cramps, swollen ankles and sciatic pain. We accept prenatal clients after 18 weeks gestation. Couples Massage

This time will allow you the ability to complete our Health History and begin the relaxation process. Arriving late will deprive you the precious minutes during your spa treatment. To prevent distractions during your treatments, please refrain from cell phone use upon entering the Healthy Living Spa.

Reservat ion In format ion Please book Healthy Living Spa appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-in requests are welcome based on availability. You may request a specific gender or provider for your service while booking an appointment. A payment method is required to hold your reservation. We also have the ability to arrange a regular, reoccurring appointment for you based on your schedule. Please inform one of our spa receptionists, who can assist you with scheduling your standing appointment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment.

Prices also do not include gratuities. Gratuities generally range from 15 to 20 percent of the price of service.

We ask for a 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50 percent of the original value of the scheduled service. Due to excessive late cancellations or no shows, services may be denied at the discretion of the provider.

Spa Age Requ i rements For those under the age of 18, parental or guardian supervision may be required. Please contact a spa receptionist to learn more about specific service restrictions.

Chi ldcare For the privacy and relaxation of our spa clients, we kindly request that children not accompany you during your services. For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide complimentary childcare for children 2 months to 12 years of age at the Healthy Living Hideaway based on length of time and availability. When booking your spa appointment, please request childcare reservations. 24-hour advance reservations are required.

Spa A t t i re Spa receptionists welcome your request to change into an oversized robe before your spa treatments begin. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. However, our providers are highly skilled in modesty draping procedures to ensure complete comfort at all times.

We provide a comfortable environment for our guests and our staff. Inappropriate requests or conduct will result in termination of the session. Services may be denied or discontinued at the discretion of the provider and/or management.

F i tness Center Use Complimentary use of the locker room facilities including the whirlpool and steam room is avail-able for use during the day of treatment. With purchase of two or more Healthy Living Spa services, you will also receive complimentary use of Fitness Center exercise space and any no-fee group exercise classes.

Gi f tsSpa employees can assist in the selection of the ideal Healthy Living Spa service or unique gift.

The Healthy Living Spa offers gift certificates for services or a dollar amount beautifully packaged and ready for presentation. For convenient gift giving, gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone. All gift certificate purchases are non refundable.

We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your product purchases. If for any reason the product is defective, please return it to the spa within two weeks of purchase with the original receipt, at which time we will gladly provide you with spa credit. All other purchases are non re-fundable.
