• Transformational leadership represents the current best practices for business growth and provides a new framework of thinking for leading self, leading others, and leading organizations.
Unique Program in Southwest
• Leaders who previously wanted to participate in transformational leadership programs had to travel to locations such as San Francisco, Boston, Washington, DC, or the United Kingdom.
• This Arizona-based program provides a unique opportunity for Arizona business leaders to better balance their day-to-day responsibilities with the need to learn new leadership skills to help move their company to a higher level.
