Why are we doing this lab?

For this lab, you will examine craters on the Moon and determine some of their properties. We'll also talk a bit about the End of the World!

The Moon is a pretty neat place. It's also very close, which makes studying it fairly easy. We

can learn a lot about our solar system from just looking at the Moon!
