About me I hope you like the recipes. At first I want to introduce myself. My name is Lulu and
I am 17 years old. I’ve been vegetarian for 5 years now and nearly 2 years ago I decided
to go vegan. But what does veganism mean?
Using no milk, no eggs, no leather..? It’s a decision to not pay people for being cruel
to animals. But it’s not only about the animals. It is about saving the whole planet,
the nature, the humans and yourself! Going vegan is not just about the food you eat.
It is a lifestyle! My mind changed completely over the last years and I learned a lot!
The only way to save this planet is to go vegan! If everybody would be a vegan there
wouldn’t be starvation, air pollution, illness (diabetes, cancer, osteoporoses....).
I recommend watching movies such as: Earthlings, cow spiracy, forks over knives.
I learned a lot about myself trough veganism and I met so many amazing people!
There are a lot of vegans out there and they will be even more in the future!
So you are not alone! Enough about me. I hope you enjoy reading my book and trying some of my recipes.

instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and put them in a freezer overnight. 2. Pour the coconut milk in a jar and put it in a freezer for
30 minutes. 3. Blend bananas, coconut milk, coconut butter, vanilla extract,
protein powder, berry powder and frozen berries in a blender. 4. Put it in a bowl. Slice some strawberries. 5. Put toppings on the icecream.

Ingredients:
instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight.
2. Blend 3 bananas with raspberries, protein powder and raspberry powder.
3. Put the raspberry ice aside. 4. Blend all ingredients for the lemon
vanilla icecream. 5. Mix both icecreams in one big bowl. 6. Add goji berries, vanilla extract and
lemon juice.

instructions:
1. Mix water with syrup, lemon juice and lime juice.
2. Put it in icecups.
3. Slice lemon, lime and strawberries.
4. Put the berries, lime, lemon and peppermint in the mixture.
5. Put it in the freezer overnight.

white Creme:
100ml coconut milk60gr cashews150gr canned beans4 tbsp agave syrup1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp lemon juice
Blaubeerencreme:
100ml coconut milk60gr cashews1 tbsp acaipowder2 handfull of blueberries1 tsp blueberrypowder
For 6-8 cakes
instructions:
1. Soak cashews overnight.2. Blend all ingredients for the
cake base.3. Knead the mixture and press
it in a cakeform.4. Mix all ingredients for the
white cream.5. Pour ¾ of the cream on the base.6. Blend all ingredients for the blueberrycream.7. Mix ¼ of this cream with the white cream.8. Put this mixture on top of the white cream.9. Add the purple cream.
10. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.

For 6-8 small cakes
instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight. 2. Soak the cashews overnight. 3. Blend all ingredients for the dough and press it in non stick
muffin cups. 4. Blend the cashews with all other ingredients. 5. Pour the dough in the cups. 6. Add toppings. 7. Put it in a freezer for 3 hours.

Blue Icecream3 bananas100ml coconutmilk (from a can)2 tsp blue spirulina1/2 tsp matcha1 tsp maca1/2 tsp vanilla extract
instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight. 2. Blend 3 bananas with the coconut fat from a can (don’t mix
the water with water). 3. Add spirulina, matcha, maca and vanilla etract. 4. Blend it again. 5. Put everything in a big bowl. 6. Add the toppings.

instructions:
1. Cut one papaya in half and freeze one half. 2. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight. 3. Blend 3 bananas with frozen papaya and add vanilla extract,
maca and lime juice.4. Blend it again. 5. Take three scoops in put them in the second papaya half. 6. Add the toppings.

2 handfull of frozen blueberries2 bananas1 tbsp acai powder1 tbsp berry protein powder
instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight. 2. Mix 2 Tbsp chiaseeds with coconutmilk, maple syrupand vanilla
extract. Wait for 10 minutes. 3. Mix it again. Wait for another 10 minutes. Fill a jar with 3/4 of the
coconut chia pudding. 4. Blend two frozen bananas with blueberries, acai powder and protein
powder. 5. Take 1 Tbsp of this mixture and mix it with the chiapudding. Put this
mixture in the jar. Add the rest of icecream and add blueberries, puffed quinoa and molasses.

Icecream:
5 bananas1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp coconut water1 tbsp lemon juice2 handfull of frozen raspberries2 tbsp acai powder
instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and freeze them overnight. 2. Take them out of the freezer put them in a blender and add
vanilla extract, coconut water and lemon juice. 3. Blend it untill it is smooth. Take 1 scoop of this mixture and
put it aside. 4. Add raspberries and blend again. Fill a jar with puffed quinoa. 5. Add one scoop of raspberry icecream. Add 1 tbsp of acai
powder and blend again. 6. Take one scoop out and put it on top of the raspberry
icecream. 7. Add 1 tbsp acai powder. Blend again. Pour it in the jar. Add the
white icecream. Put the toppings on top.

instructions:
1. Peel the banans and freeze them overnight. 2. Mix the coconut milk with vanilla extract and maple syrup and
put it in the freezer too. 3. Take the bananas out of the freezer and blend them with
spirulina, bluechaipowder and butterflypea tea. This can take some minutes so be patient.
4. Put the blue icecream in a bowl except of one scoop. 5. Take two scoops of your coconut ice and put it on top of the
blue icecream. 6. Add the last blue scoop and serve it with some toppings.

2 handfull of frozen blueberries2 handfull of frozen raspberries1 frozen banana2 bananas200ml coconut milk2 tbsp coconut butter2 tbsp lime juice
instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender. 2. Take a jar and fill it up with the mixture. 3. Add some shredded coconut, blueberries and molasses.

1. Peel the bananas. Freeze them overnight. Cut the bananas. Make the first nicecream. Put it in the freezer.
2. Make the second one and put it in the freezer too.
3. Make the last two ones. Take a huge bowl and put all icecreams in the bowl.
4. Add cacao nibs, manner, coconut, goji berries and oats.

1. Freeze the bananas overnight. Take them out of the freezer and blend the first icecream.
2. Put it in a bowl and place it in a freezer while you make the next icecream.
3. Put this icecream in the freezer too. Blend the third icecream and add some toppings.
4. Take the other two icecreams out of the freezer and add the toppings.
