Floor Access/Guests with Floor Tickets (Sections A-M and G.A. Pits A & B)

Access to the floor requires a ticket for a floor seat (Sections A-M or G.A. Pits A-B). Enter through the following gates:

Sections A-M: Enter through the CREE LED LIGHTING GATE to receive your wristband

General Admission Pits A & B: Enter through the Value City Furniture (VCF) Gate to receive your wristband

Security Screening Procedure

To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a screening via a walk through metal

detector or wand. In order to make this process go as smoothly as possible, guests should only bring those things they

will absolutely need while attending the event and have everything out of their pockets when going through the

screening. Guests refusing a security screening will be denied entry to the Stadium.

Ticketing Information

Re-Entry Policy: No Re-Entry. If you leave the stadium you will not be allowed to re-enter on the same ticket.

Will Call: Available off of Alfred Lerner Way on the south (city) side of the stadium.

Mobile Tickets: Mobile ticketing is NOT available for this show. Please print your tickets off before you arrive.

Stadium Carry-In Policies

Approved Items:

Bags that are clear, plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in size.

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the

stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at either the NE or NW Suite

Entry.

Food in a clear plastic bag. Beverages of any kind are prohibited.

Ponchos, jackets or blankets after being patted down or searched.

Handheld banners or flags that are not mounted on poles or sticks. See “Signs” below for more details.

Prohibited Items:

Any type of bag that exceeds 12” x 6” x 12” in size.

Any size bag or container that is hard-sided.

Alcoholic beverages of any kind.

Laser pointers, noisemakers/instruments, flashlights or fireworks, umbrellas, inflatable devices/balloons.

Selfie sticks

Signs

Banners and signs are permitted, but must be event related, in good taste, cannot obstruct another fan’s view and

cannot cover any Stadium signage. They may not contain commercial message, logos or political endorsements. Signs on

poles or sticks, constructed of wood or metal are NOT PERMITTED. Management reserves the right to confiscate signs

that are in violation of Stadium policy.

Code of Conduct

FirstEnergy Stadium staff and our partners are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience to all fans in

attendance. Please be courteous and respectful to those seated around you and refrain from behavior that interferes

with others’ ability to enjoy the event. When attend an event at FirstEnergy Stadium you are required to refrain from

the following:

Behavior that is socially unacceptable, offensive, unruly or illegal in nature.

Using or displaying foul or inflammatory language or gestures.

Failing to follow instructions or refusing to show your ticket when asked by a stadium representative.

Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.

Smoking – In compliance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio revised Code, smoking is prohibited in FirstEnergy

Stadium. Event guests are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons

using their tickets.

Stadium staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all fans in attendance can enjoy the event free from the

above behaviors. Event guests in violation of these provisions will be subject to ejection, arrest and loss of ticket

privileges for future events. If the behavior of a fan or fans around you becomes disruptive or violates the Fan Code of

Conduct, the incident should be reported to the nearest Stadium representative. To report an incident anonymously

during an event, call or text Stadium Operations at 440-824-6000.

General Concert Tips

Cleveland National Air Show: Be advised that the Cleveland National Air Show will be held at the Burke

Lakefront Airport from 10am-5pm on the day of the concert. Be prepared for heavy traffic, plan ahead, and

arrive early to ensure you are able to find parking and get into the stadium on time.

Check the weather and dress appropriately. Please be aware of the type of shoes that you wear as some do not

offer as much protection or comfort when moving in a crowd.

Cell phones: Please remember to keep your cell phones charged.

Bring essentials. Please carry emergency phone numbers and list of any medical information, if applicable.

Use the buddy system. Stay with your friends when moving throughout the Stadium.

Pick a place to meet up. Please identify a place inside and outside of the Stadium to meet up in the event you

become separated.

Plan to arrive early. Try to arrive to the Stadium at least one hour before the start of the event. This will help

your entry into the Stadium.

Report problems immediately. If you need assistance, please contact a uniformed Stadium team member or

call/text 440-824-6000. Please do not allow someone or something to impact your experience negatively.

NFL Clear Bag Policy. The NFL Bag Policy will be in effect. See “Carry In Policies” for more info.

For your safety: Aisles must be kept clear, and you may not stand on the chairs/seats.

Selfie sticks are prohibited.
