In the last quarter of 2012 (October, November and December) were sold (deed) 14 houses per day in the Mu‐nicipality of Marbella (on week days). In the same period of 2012 were sold only 10 houses per day.
How is the Market? In the graph at the RIGHT we can see in Andalusia are increasing significantly the number of homes sold (+ 34.1%) compared to February 2012. The main reason is the adjustment taking place in housing prices, which continue to decline (‐ 6.7%) over the same period last year (the first quarter). Stimulation of demand will conti‐nue to increase as prices adjust.
