One of Manhattan most spectacularRomanesque revival buildings design byArchitect Robert Wagner. This is ameticulous restoration, renovation andconservation of a 70,000 sq/ft, six story,into 14 large scale exceptionally high-end,state of the art and cutting edge residentialcondominium lofts with a commercial unitin the first floor.The new addition of a glass, steel andaluminum soundproof panel system wasadded, creating three penthouses withlarge walled garden terraces and filled withnatural light from the 22’x11’ skylights anddouble-height ceilings.The lobby features a mural by the famedartist Sol Lewitt. A 1,500 sq/ft two bedroom apartmentrenovation in the St. George Tower, alandmark building located in the heart ofHistoric Brooklyn Heights.The space has been transformed into ahigh-end, sleek and minimalist loftapartment, where the separations betweenliving and sleeping rooms are designed tocreate private areas without sacrificingnatural light and open space flexibilityusing translucent floating/sliding doors, thatare both functional and interactive.The kitchen is modern, state of the art, withglass floating on stainless steel. Thecabinetry is sleek Italian design byVarenna.Doors panels system: all 13 doors aremade entirely from 100% Eco-Resin andcontaining 40% of Recycled content.

Jazzi’s bedroom

Her playground, located in the center ofthe apartment is enclosed by six “beachgrass” floating/sliding doors which meet toform a 90 degree angle; Inside this 8 yearold girl’s room, is a custom loft bed boxwith circular sliding doors that allow her toplay, entertain her friends, and keep herprivacy. The blue painted ceiling is filledwith fiber optics bringing the sky and theconstellations inside her little world.”

A 800 sq/ft one bedroom apartmentrenovation in the St. George tower, alandmark building located in the heart ofHistoric Brooklyn Heights.The space has been transformed into asleek and cutting edge open loftapartment, where all the areas integratewith each other. The spa like bathroom isan oasis in the middle of the apartmentand opens towards the bedroom. Thedeep soaking Whirlpool and Steamshower are sitting on a platform over-looking the junction of the East andHudson Rivers, the water and sunsetsadding a spectacular touch to this Zenlike space. Colors and textures for thebathroom finishes were selected to givethe feeling of the Caribbean Sea.A perfect blend between minimalism,warmth and organic were achieved withthe selection of the materials, theplayfulness and openness of the floorplan, the integration of the light andshadows and the careful attention todetails.

A loft in the desert. A three-bedroomopen concept house turned into ameditation shrine. The structure consistsof 12 arched wood glue-laminated beamsto create a loft-like feel. The north façadeis covered with Arizona flagstone, in thetradition of Frank Lloyd Wright, thesouthern with glass allowing the naturallight to bathe the space. The archedceiling is framing the view of the sacredSedona red rocks. The curved roof iscovered with copper. The integration ofthe outdoor with the indoor was thedriving force of the project and thecommunion with the beauty of theenvironment. In collaboration with SanbaInc.

A single 6,000 sq ft family house sitting ona 2.06 acres lot with views of BoyntonCanyon & Cockscomb, at the border ofthe National Forest.An organic, unique & contemporaryapproach, an answer to its surroundings,this magnificent wooden structure finishedwith stucco gives a sense of openintimacy with the Desert, the Sky & theRed Rocks. At the same time the curvedshape -like arms around you- gives afeeling of protection & familiarity.The unobtrusive, functional elegance ofthe living areas will revolve around aprivate internal garden, allowing acontinuous open flow between all spaces.In collaboration with Sanba Inc.

Cleanearthdesign in partnership with TheSpa Suite had created an ecofriendly,transportable spa facility providing body,beauty and mind experiences. Thesestructures can provide a relaxation or prepspace during exclusive high profile events,parties, entertainment venues such asconcerts, movie sets and award shows.Materials supporting these facilities havebeen selected to provide an efficientstructure as it relates to healthy air indoorquality, sustainable and high-tech materialscreating an experience that is authentic,natural and inviting. An environmentallysensitive construction using modular,prefabricated components that reduceconstruction waste, on site construction timeand pollution.

A modern minimalist 1,400 sq/ft loftapartment renovation. A dark spacewithout character was transformed tobring life, light and motion. A spacewhere sustainability and functionmeets an elegant form.A communion of perception, visualand tactile beauty of wood, glass,corian, concrete, stone with theintegration of the openness of thespace which dances magically like asymphony as the daily playfulness oflight and shadows entertain itshabitant.
