THE “LUBRICANTS & OILS” CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION

... is the most important industry event in Poland related to industrial oils, lubricants, maintenance and tribology. It is also a meeting place for experts, scientists and specialists from R&D departments as well as practicing engineers responsible to maintaining efficient and well functioning production lines. The results of the latest scientific research and practical tribological solutions affecting the operation and profitability of manufacturing companies will be presented during the conference.

The first edition of the „Oils and Lubricants Conference and Exhibition” will be held on February 20, 2019, in Wrocław with top class participants, exhibitors and presentations.

Since 2004, "Plant Engineering" magazine organizes conferences and seminars in Poland in the field of factory maintenance. Hence we are proud to announce the first edition of this conferences in the field of lubricants, oil analysis and tribology.

PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION

1. This offer applies to the conference to be held in 2019.

2.TheorganizeroftheconferenceisthecompanyTradeMediaInternationalwithheadquartersatul.Gintrowskiego30lok.413A,02-697Warsaw.

3.CooperatingcompaniesarerequiredtoprovidetherequiredbyOrganizerofinformation and graphic materials within 5 working days before the planned date of agivenconference(companylogoandsubjectofpresentation).Inthecaseofnon-delivery of materials within the given time, the Organizer does not bear liability for shortcomings arising from their absence.

4. During the conference, a laptop connected to the projector will be available in the roommultimedia,equippedwithMicrosoftOfficeandAdobeReader.Thespeakerisalso a wireless presenter for changing slides and a wireless microphone.

5. The number of exhibition stands located in front of the conference room is limited and results from the technical specifications of the place. Organizer provides a surface with access to electricity measuring 2 x 3 m directly at the conference room. Any additional buildings outside the table and chairs, companies implement their own.

6. The company having in the "Insert in conference materials" package obliges to deliveritonthedatesetbytheOrganizer.Maximumweightoneinsertis150gr.Insert for conference materials will be included in the form in which it was provided by the customer.

7. The conference will be organized if the minimum number of registered listeners will be 45 people.

8. The decision to cancel a given conference may take up to 21 days before the scheduled date.

9. In case of cancellation of a selected conference for dependent reasons from the Organizer, the Organizer undertakes to pay related costswith purchase of individual Packages. Customers are not entitled to the return of others costs incurred in connection with the preparation for the conference.

10.100%ofthegrossorderamountmustbepaidwithin7daysfromthedateofreceipt pro forma invoices, however not later than 14 days before the planned date conference. In the case of submitting in less than 14 days, the rules payments are set individually with the trader.

11. In the event of resignation from participation: a) more than 14 calendar days before the planned date conference, the client

undertakes to pay 50% of the value specified in the order. b) for 14 calendar days or less before the planned date, the Customer

undertakes to pay 100% of the value specified in order.

12.PaymentsshouldbemadetotheaccountofBankZachodniWBK,accountnumber:49 1090 1883 0000 0001 2966 1139 with a note of the name and date of the conference.
