We have below the full list of LTO student permit / license fees and requirements / charges for your application.

The fees and charges apply to Filipino applicants. We will also be posting the list of fees and how much to pay for

about Land Transportation Office. Included below are student permit qualifications and requirements and where

to applyfor one.

SEARCH MORE LTO BRANCHES AND INFO BELOW

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least sixteen (16) years old

2. Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle

3. Must be able to read and write the local dialect, Filipino or English

Requirements:

1. Original and photocopy of birth certificate. In the absence thereof, any of the following:

a. Joint Affidavit of two (2) disinterested persons who know the applicant and who can attest to his/her age and

identity accompanied by non-availability of record from NSO or the local civil registry office

b. Anylegal document to prove his/her age and identity such as GSIS, SSS, passport or any government issued

documents

2. For applicants below 18 years old, parents or guardians written consent with photocopy of ID card to prove

his identity

3. Taxpayers Identification Number (TIN)

Drivers license tru your website? Im here in

Abroad part in Europe ,next year pa po kc ako

Uuwi sa dyan sa pinas,and I plan to buy a car but

I dont have yet a drivers license even here, pls help me!
