All Time Lap Weld Attachment (For Lincoln LT7 Tractor)

This is an add-on accessory for Lincoln’s LT7 Tractor (K227-1) or similar welding tractors for lap weld. It is applicable for storage tank base plate designed with lap welded joints only. The kit consists of (1) component:

a. Lap Weld Attachment – Idle wheel used to replace Lincoln original steering wheel (Fig.1)

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

1. Loosen the two bolts circled blue in Fig 2 to remove Lincoln original steering wheel.

2. Use head bolts and nuts to fasten lap weld attachment – idle wheel on LT-7 mounting tube in Fig 3.

3. Adjust the tilting angle of idle wheel until the inward V shape groove can ride the square edge of the upper plate in a lap welded joint to track the seam. After that, fasten the two head bolts circled blue in Fig.4

4. Adjust the idle wheel to suitable height before fasten the bolt circled blue in Fig. 5.
