• When: 22+patients on team or otherwise decided by upper levels/chiefs

medical student• You must review/sign their note as

well as write your own note• Your note must contain:

• A subjective, at least 2 vital signs, your own physical exam, any pertinent labs, and your own assessment and plan

• Distributed the first week of every month

• Number based on rotation and calls

• You will not get meal tickets if you have delinquent charts!

• If no meal card, tell the cafeteria worker you are a resident• $1.50 for most meals
