is a fellowship of men and women who share their expe-
rience, strength and hope with each other, that they
may solve their common problem and help others to
recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for
membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no
dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting
through our own contributions. AA is not allied with
any sect, denomination, politics, organization or in-
stitution; does not wish to engage in any controversy;
neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary
purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to
achieve sobriety.

Fall is a Season of Letting Go…
Every season is a reminder that nothing lasts forever. Everything has a moment of creation and destruction, but we are all equally majestic in nature. All seasons have their reasons and if one season decided to stop happen-ing, the rest of the world would go out of sync. Honoring change is vital for the understanding of ourselves. We, too, must change and let things fall off and regrow in order to help us evolve as humans.
The beauty of the fall season is that it is the beginning of the end of this earth cycle. Although we live in Florida and our areas does not have much of an environmental change, the shift is felt. The crispness in the air begins to blossom. Breathe in this chilly air and exhale anything that has become stale this year.
May this fall season bring an intention to allow something to fall away that has been needing to shift in your life. Embrace that change is inevitable and allow some letting go to occur. Let go of something that no longer serves you to make room for what does.
