From the very large custom designed pipe blasting equipment with integrated conveyor systems to smaller models, LS Industries offers a multitude of options that may be configured to exact customer specifications. All LS systems are built from the ground up with dependability in mind. Rugged construction of steel, alloy steel and cast chrome withstand the extreme environment associated with the aggressive processes and heavy part loading.

LS TurboShot™ under throw impeller wheels are effective and efficient at cleaning, profiling and surface preparation with ease of maintenance.

Blast Zone: LS TurboShot™ wheel is throwing 450/lbs, min impacting all exposed surfaces. Blast zone is protected with replaceable liners.

Entrance Vestibule: Contains thrown shot and is returned to impellers with an auger system. Access doors allow quick inspection inside the cabinet.

Entrance Conveyor: Load pipe onto system it will automatically travel through the cabinet and be shot blasted to your specifications.Optional indexing load systems are available.

LS industries 24" OD Pipe Blaster

LS Industries equipment will streamline your operations. Just load your pipe on the conveyer and you’re done. The conveyor moves the parts through a single or multi-stage process. Which can include shot blasting, surface preparation and washing. All can be followed by optional coating systems.

The LS ID pipe blaster is designed to clean the inside of pipe using a pressure pot power supply that feeds a lance/nozzle combination. The pipe is rotated for 360° coverage while the lance/nozzle travels the length of the pipe. Wheel blast systems begin and 30" pipe ID.

All equipment and systems are designed by the in-house engineering staff for efficient and economical cleaning or surface preparation of pipe. Systems for pipe of all sizes are designed and manufactured.

Air blast nozzle designs provide direct shot feed of 360º blast coverage as the pipe is rotated.

Exit Vestibule: Contains thrown shot and is returned to impellers with an auger system. Impact absorbing, flexible curtains allow pipe to pass out of vestibule to exit conveyor.

Exit Conveyor: Is detachable from main cabinet and matches speed of the entire system. Varying lengths of conveyor are possible. Indexing systems can also be included for unloading of pipe. Optional coatings systems can be added for additional automation.
