East Asian-Australasian Flyway
‘Flyway’ is the term used to describe a geographic region that supports a group of populations of migratory waterbirds throughout their annual cycle.
The East Asian-Australasian Flyway extends from North-Eastern asia and Western Alaska to the southern limits of Australia and New Zealand.

• LPPCHEA is divided into 2 islands: the Freedom Island and the Long Island
• The Freedom Island runs along the coast from barangay Don Galo at its north end near the mouth of Parañaque River into barangay San Dionisio right at the border of Las Piñas.
• A narrow landfill connects its southern tip to the mainland and Long Island near the expressway toll barrier.
