The Downtown Collection offers a casual professional work environment adapted to today's new ways of working and the associated technology. Whether your team meets standing up or sitting down, in large or small groups, for a minute or an hour, Downtown provides an atmosphere of freedom and well-being.

Depending on the context, collaborative work is performed using lounge chairs, task chairs or stools. Tables of various heights (17.5'', 24'', 29'' and 40'') adapted to different types of seating are required. The Downtown Collection offers a wide range of seating and table choices that

Electrical outlets facilitate the use of electronic devices over a long period. Adapted to new ways of working, focusing primarily on advanced communication technology, this collection has tables that enable the installation of a monitor in addition to high performance power and communication modules. Bistro Table The “bistro” type table is made of a surface and two full-width gables, all 2'' thick (S2).

Different heights are available :

The bistro table is always rectangular. Narrow modesty panels provide stability and conceal electrical outlets and cables if applicable.

The bistro table is available in a model with shared open storage and adjustable shelves (interior space 12''W x 14.5'' deep). This model is available in heights of 30'' and 41''. Additional shelves are sold separately.

Table with metal leg :The Downtown Connection system is screwed directly on to the technical panel and is installed inside a vertical cable conduit with a removable “door” for access to cables. The connection access module is positioned on the surface above the power module.

Simply connect a data sharing cable to a laptop or tablet and press the control button on the same cable for the screen to appear on the monitor.

Installing Downtown Connection The linked communication system selector housing is installed out of sight beneath the work surface (within a cable conduit or architectural base). It is connected to a monitor by an HDMI cable and is powered by an electrical cable connected to a conventional power outlet.

On top of the surface, a recessed cable access module provides access to 2 outlets, 2 punch outs for communication outlets and 4 HDMI data sharing cables directly connected to the selector housing. The 4 data sharing cables are 6' long (approximately 56'' can be brought to the surface) and have a control button that provides access to the monitor and lights up when enabled. When using the system, the data cables from the module are connected to the laptops and tablets. Once the work session has ended, cables slide easily inside the module where the excess cable is stored inside a cable conduit or an architectural base.

Mobile Panel with Downtown Connection System

The Downtown Connection system is also available on the mobile panel, allowing it to be used with different Downtown Collection tables.

It consists of a metal structure (3'' wide) on legs with casters. The panel is 38'' wide.

Dimensions of the 3 panel heights :

This panel has an upper and lower section. A 5” space between the two provides access to the linked communication system and 2 electrical outlets.

When the linked communication system is not in use, the retracted cables remain concealed inside the mobile panel. Only one electrical connection cable is accessible at the base of the panel.

Upper section : Side 1 of the panel is secured to the metal frame and is used for mounting a monitor. It is available in laminate only.

Side 2 of the panel is removable to facilitate cable management. It is available in laminate or high-gloss white marker board.

Lower section :The lower section houses Downtown Connection. Side 1 is

Prices and Payment

All prices shown in this price list are suggested retail prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include installation and shipping costs. Taxes are extra. These prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the date

acceptance of the order. Orders are invoiced at the time of shipment. Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice. Any products sold by Artopex shall remain its property until fully paid in cash. In the event that the purchaser defaults in the payment of any sum due to

Orders

Artopex requires that all orders be submitted in writing to avoid errors and/or duplication. The purchaser is responsible to submit complete

Acknowledgments

Orders will be acknowledged with Artopex acknowledgement forms governing the transaction. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that the acknowledgment information is correct. If not, the purchaser must notify Artopex within 48 hours in writing. Order cancellations or changes are subject to acceptance by Artopex. Special order items and fabric-covered items (standard or COM fabrics) already in production are not subject to change or cancellation under any circumstances.

Artopex Lifetime Warranty

Artopex warrants its products are free of defects in design, material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns them.

If written notice of the defect is given to Artopex within the applicable warranty period, Artopex will repair or replace with comparable product, at Artopex’s choice, without charge to the original purchaser, any part or product shipped after July 1, 2001, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.

This warranty provides limits on the following products :
