Registration

● Interested attendeehas touse ofcial Registration Form for a valid registration by emailing a completed form to

[email protected]. Registration via phone and mails will not be entertained.

● AlleldsarecompulsoryontheRegistrationFormanditisnotvalidwithoutasignature.TheEventOrganizerreserved

the rights to reject incomplete forms.

● Registrationisonarst-come-rst-servebasisasthereislimitedcapacity.Registrantsmaybeplacedonawaitinglist

or be disappointed should there be an overwhelming response.

● Dateline for registration is 6th February 2011, Sunday.

● Successfulregistrantswillbe informedviaemail/phoneandconrmedbyaninvitationcardmailedtoyoubeforethe

event.

● Registrant must bring invitation card for entry to event. The Event Organizer reserved the rights to reject attendees

without invitation card.

● Carpark: No parking allowed within the building premises. Parking space is limited along Hillview Terrace, the Event

Organizerwillnotberesponsibleforillegalparkingsummons/nesissueto offenders.Thisis attheattendees’sole

discretion.

● Public Transport: Available buses along Hil lview Ave are 173, 176, 177, 963 & 970. Alternatively, you may take the MRT,

alight at Bukit Batok Station and take a taxi (about 5 mins ride).



General

All Participants agree to release and indemnify the Event Organizers (Love:Knots Weddings and Love Stories Party and

Wedding Planner) from liability for personal injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising from, relating to or in connection with the

participation in this event “Love In Wonderland”. The Event Organizers will not be liable for any costs incurred for transportation to

and from the event arising from failure of vehicle, service or any other reason, without limitation.

During the event, the Event Organizers and the operatives may photograph or interview attendees. By agreeing to the Terms and

Conditions herein you agree to permit us to use the photographs taken for purposes of marketing and/or advertising future events.

As a matter of courtesy however, the Event Photographer(s) will ask your permission if there is an intention to use a close-up shot

for promotional purposes. Photos from the event will be posted on a photo-sharing online via social networks like Facebook for

example,whichisopentotheEventsOrganizers’clientsbyinviteonly.

The Event Organizers also reserve the rights to modify portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without further notice.
