On 2015 November 23, Council endorsed preliminary concepts and a vision for the Gilmore Station Area, as a basis to seek community input. Preliminary concepts include: • Public realm enhancements to Lougheed Highway,

Gilmore Avenue and Dawson Street;

• Provision of a new north/south connection linking Lougheed Highway and Dawson street;

• Integration with the Gilmore SkyTrain Station;

• Access to public plaza spaces throughout the site; and,

• A broad spectrum of housing, retail and commercial office options.

The vision is to create a signature transit integrated community with a focus on sustainability and job growth for the Brentwood Town Centre.

You are invited to attend one of our Public Open Houses to learn more about the preliminary concept for the proposed Gilmore Station Area. Details on the event are as follows:
