Introduction LOS Map gives you powerful online business management capabilities

to help build your business and provide you with essential business information quickly and easily. www.amway.in supports your business building and

retailing efforts by conveniently placing important, frequently used business tools in

one place to help you manage and stay connected to your downlines.

Using the LOS Map tool, you can:

• Easily view and manage downline ABO information in a tree and/or list format

• Sort and view essential information with an extraordinary level of online flexibility

• View downline ABO and Customer profile details including contact information

• View your business’s PV/BV activity as well as the current and past PV/BV activity of your downlines

• Apply standard or custom filters to highlight aspects of your business based on selected criteria

• Search for an ABO within your LOS

• Print out your LOS Tree

• Create and export mailing labels in various formats

Accessing LOS Map

Access the LOS Map Tool landing page from the Business Center drop-down menu

on the www.amway.in home page. Choose ‘My Office’ subdivision there and click ‘My Points’, then follow the link PV/BV and LOS Map.

ABO Display

The LOS Tool’s default mode allows you to see your ABOs in a detailed

The LOS tool has three ways to view information:

• ABO Display

• Customer Display

The List View Tab allows you to view your selected ABOs in a traditional “list view”

Contact List

If you would like to see your downline ABOs in a basic list View, select Contact List in the Display options and they’ll be shown grouped together in a basic contact list format. As with the other display options, select one or more of your contacts to work with them using the icons in your toolbar. If you would like to display all of your contacts, including your inactive group, uncheck the Show Active Only check box.

Print Use the Print icon to create a printer friendly view.

1. Select the Print icon to open a print friendly view

2. To Print, Select File from your browser

Important: You can print a complete list of your ABOs from the Tree View by

simply selecting the + in the column header. Selections will appear highlighted within your

printed document.

Print Mailing Labels

Use the Mailing Label icon to create printed labels

from your list.

1. Select a Leg or Individual checkboxes

2. Select the Print Mailing Labels icon

3. Review your selected contacts in the Mailing Labels window

4. Click the Cancel button to add or remove contacts

5. Click the Preview button, if desired

6. Click the Print button

Important: The Print Mailing Labels Icon is not active until you select your contacts. If your label prints only a contact’s name, you don’t have permission to view their information.

Please, pay attention to the fact that one vertical page displays three addresses. For your convenience, please, prepare special paper with stickers so that you would not have to write addresses manually.

Toolbar Icons The toolbar icons give you the power to work efficiently with your ABOs

Depending on the view you’re in, with the simple click of a button, you can print your selections, create labels, export ABO data to your desktop and save a list you have created.

The Export Selected Contacts Icon is not active until you select your contacts You can export your contacts in the following formats:

- Microsoft Outlook (.pst)

- vCard

- Microsoft Excel (.xls)

- Comma Separated Values (.csv)

In order to download the selected contacts into Microsoft Address Book, it is necessary to do the following: - to save a file with exported contacts in csv (comma delimited) format; - to open Outlook Express; - to enter the following options: file -> import -> other address book; - to select text file (Comma Separated Values) -> import; - to click on browse button and to select the saved csv file with contacts -> next -> finish.. Exported contacts will be saved in Outlook Express Address Book.

Columns and Column Settings

Columns give you an easy way to view information, such as location, birthday,

email, addresses and other important information about your ABOs. Use the

Modify My Column View link to edit and sort the columns.

Setting up columns

1. Select the Columns Settings link 2. Choose a Column from the Available Columns field and click Add 3. In the Columns Shown field, reorder a column by clicking Move Up

or Move Down 4. Choose a default Column and a Sort Direction (List View only) 5. Click Save

Important: You can only use the Modify My Column View link in the ABO

Display options. Each filter has a default set of columns

associated with it.

Note: The columns are saved in your user preferences.

After login you only need to check the Show Columns box at the top of

the page and the saved columns will be added to the tree-view.

Standard Filters A Variable Standard Filter is nearly identical to the Standard Filter. The only difference is a Variable Standard Filter requires additional information for the filter to continue. For instance, a variable standard filter may prompt you to enter a specific birthday month.

1. Select a Leg or individual checkboxes

2. Choose a Variable Standard Filter from the filter drop-down list

3. When prompted, enter the required information

4. Click to Run button

Standard Filters Standard Filters provide quick, easy access to the information you need, exactly

when you need it. Choose a standard filter from the drop-down list. The results of

your filter will be displayed in the current display mode (ABO Lists).

Important: Standard filters choices will vary depending on which mode you are in.

List of filters in the downline view:

- default downline view;

- frontline;

- new within 7 or specified days;

- registration Contract not finalized (for Contracts registered online);

- have not renewed;

- within 25 or specified PV of next bonus bracket;

- within 5 or specified percent PV of next bonus bracket;

- business anniversary within next 30 days;

- specified city;

- has invalid or no e-mail address on file;

- birthday within current or specified month.

List of filters in Contact List View:

- all contacts;

- customers;

- downline;

- upline;

Custom Filters

Custom Filters are personalized filters you can create and save for future use. They

enable you to select ABO contacts based on a number of specific factors.

Custom Filters provide the ultimate flexibility, letting you decide the exact information

you would like to see.

1. Click the Create button from the filter section to open the Custom Filter section window

2. Enter the Custom Filter Name to save and use again 3. Select either ABO or Customer to define the search group 4. Choose a Timeframe to pull information form 5. Choose the Criteria and desired values to set the specific information

you are looking for

Note: Some criteria are not available if the timeframe is set to a previous

month.

6. Click either Save and Run or Run Once

Important:

The criteria fields use mathematical symbols to identify ”greater than”, ”less than”,

”equal to”, etc. to allow you to define your information

The displayed columns will be based on the criteria you entered. After running the

Filter, you can add additional columns by selecting Modify My Column View. These

Columns will be saved with the filter.

Finding ABO Contacts The LOS Search feature is a quick and easy way to find a contact within your LOS. Find an ABO in the ABO Display view. 1. In the Search Field, start typing and potential matches will begin to show in your

list. 2. Select a matching name from the list. Important: You can only search using an ABO name or ID number. In addition, if you search while in filter results, the Search feature will over-ride and clear the current filter. Likewise, if you click on a contact, you will be directed to the contact’s profile page and your filter will clear.

Edit Custom Filter

You can easily set different criteria for a filter you previously created. 1. Click the Edit button 2. Choose the Timeframe 3. Set Criteria

ABO Detail Window The ABO Detail Window gives you access to your Downline ABOs

Business and contact information plus PV/BV data. Access your ABO Profile by

selecting the ABO Name from the ABO Tree or List view, or

Contact List view.

Important: If you would like to print the profile, simply select Printable View located in each of the ABO details tab and continue to print the print commands in your browser.

ABO Profile Tab The Profile tab contains ABO contact and business information, the ABOs address plus contact details. View a downline’s sponsor information about downline ABO in the Business Information area. The ABO Profile contains birthday, Email address, and other important contact information.

PV/BV Tab

The PV/BV tab shows an ABOs Estimated PV/BV totals for a specific bonus period. Choose a month from the Bonus Period drop-down list to view the PV/BV calculated totals for that time period. For more detailed information, use the PV/BV Inquiry to run a detailed PV/BV report. Choose a Bonus Period, click View to launch the PV/BV Inquiry results for the selected Month.

The results of PV/BV Inquiry will contain the following information:

Amount of Personal PV for the chosen period

Amount of Group PV for the chosen period

Calculated totals including Performance Bonus percentage level and amount of local qualified legs.

The line ”Business Performance History” will allow you to receive data on Personal and Group PV and also Bonus percentage level for the previous 12 months. Using the link ”Downline PV/BV” you will be able to view the following information:

Your Downline ABO’s name and numbers

Your Downline ABO’s status (qualified Platinums, ABOs and Platinum ABOs whose percentage level was less than 21% for the chosen period.

Your Downline ABO’s PV and BV

Bonus percentage level of your Downline ABOs for the chosen period Note: "Personally sponsored” flag displays your Frontline ABOs whose Personal and /or Group PV exceeded 0 PV for the chosen period.
