Sewing InstructionsNote: All seam allowances are 1⁄4” (.64cm) unless other-wise noted. Sew pieces right sides together.

This quilt top is assembled as one large log cabin block, beginning with the center rectangle piece and working clockwise around, adding a new fabric with each round.

Note: Press all seams towards the newly attached strip in all steps. To save time, you may choose to finger-press seams as you sew, then press with an iron after you com-plete each round.

30. Press the backing fabric. Layer the backing right side down, batting, and quilt top right side up. Baste the layers together using spray or pins. Quilt as desired.

31. Trim the excess batting and backing to match the quilt top edge.

32. Sew Fabric D binding strips end to end using diagonal seams. Fold in half lengthwise wrong sides together and press. Sew the binding to the quilt top, raw edges aligned. Turn and fold the binding to the back and hand-stitch in place.
