Technical Skills: A minimum of 9 working years of experience in Core java , any frameworks (Struts, spring and

Hibernate) and Architecture Strong experience in JEE Design Patterns by using design tools and UML concepts. Extensive knowledge and experience in web applications (Intranet & Internet), Web Services and

Postgres DB Server Should have strong implementation & understanding of OOPs concepts Prepare and review Design specifications by understanding the functional requirements. Able to work in various development methodologies, Preferably with Scrum Agile Experience in Build and release activities Must be a self-motivated and quick learner with go-get attitude Experience in all sort of reviews; Design reviews, Code Reviews Should have strong experience in Ant scripts for build and various tools (Maven, PMD, Cobertura) Experience on working on enterprise applications with modules implementations like dashboards,

workflows, security etc.

Onsite Coordination: Excellent Customer interfacing skills. Gather requirements from Customer, analyze and understand, and assign the work to offshore

team. Should coordinate Customer/Onsite team and offshore teams on daily basis. Should responsible for project Delivery and Quality of the deliverables. Excellent Communication skills.
