• To develop a briefing for the NHS and Local Authorities that sets out the expectations for commissioners and providers.

• Produce a guide for Looked after Children and CAMHS for commissioners.

• Act as a repository for learning from inspections for Looked After Children.

• Act as a corporate parent.

To develop standard approach to health Assessments:

• Identify best practice.• Agree a model of health assessments.• Work alongside NHS England and the RCN to

develop PbR and costings.
