HOW DO YOU USE WATERTIGHT?Beginners or f i rs t- t ime users of WaterTight can take 3 capsules, twice a day for up to 15 days. Competitive athletes, bodybuilders, figure competitors and those who are very experienced with using diuretics may choose to take up to 6 capsules, 3 times a day, for 3 to 5 days.

ADVICE ON WATER INTAKEYou should already be drinking eight 8oz (250 mL) glasses of water a day. During your first 3 days on WaterTight, double your water consumption to sixteen 8oz glasses a day. During your last 2 days on WaterTight decrease your water intake to four 8oz glasses of water a day. This cycle creates a temporary “super flushing” effect during the last 24 to 48 hours.
