Welcome to Year 5! Thanks so much for joining us in this community of filmmakers and film fans. We believe making films is making history and think these 59 independent films, all with a North Carolina or Longleaf connection, demonstrate that history is being made all around us. The North Carolina Museum of History, your museum, is a fitting place to share this form of storytelling that connects us all. As always, we include in our credits museum director Ken Howard; the Associates membership group; the Longleaf crew who subsists mostly on popcorn; an outstanding team of volunteers, as well as insightful judges; and our supportive sponsors. Now, turn off your phone, grab your popcorn, and allow yourself to be transported by these amazing films.
